01. 📦 Orders & Shipping
1. When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the item and your location. You’ll see the estimated delivery date at checkout and again in your confirmation email.
If your order has multiple items, they may arrive separately in different packages.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by item and location. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.
We do not currently offer free shipping, but we aim to keep our rates fair and transparent.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. It may take 1–3 business days for tracking to become active.
02. 🛍️ Orders & Cancellations
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at info@athercraft.com as soon as possible. We’ll cancel or update your order if it hasn’t entered fulfillment.
Once shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. However, you may still be eligible for a return once it arrives.
6. Want to Cancel an Order with a Delay?
If part of your order shows a longer delivery time than expected, you can request a cancellation before it ships.
Just contact our customer service team at info@athercraft.com, and we’ll cancel the delayed item(s) for you. Once canceled, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Note: If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but we’ll still help with returns if needed.
03. 💳 Payments & Invoices
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major U.S. payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (where supported), and Shopify Payments.
8. Will I receive an invoice?
Invoices are not automatically emailed. You can:
- Download it from your account (My Orders > Invoice)
- Request one via email at info@athercraft.com
04. 🔁 Returns & Refunds
9. What is your return policy?
We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.
10. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 7–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

11. Are your products beginner-friendly?
Yes! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or upgrading your home gym, we offer equipment that’s beginner and expert-friendly.
12. Do items come with instructions?
Most of our products are intuitive or come with setup guides. If you need help, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist!
