Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
- Products marked final sale, digital, clearance, or custom-made are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact our customer service team at info@athercraft.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted within 7 business days, check with your bank first. If still unresolved, contact us at info@athercraft.com.
